* Fees do not include a mandatory Key / security Deposit of $50.00 cash, which is fully refundable once the keys are returned and the house is returned in the same condition as given.
* All reservation include Cleaning Fee. If you stay in
the Upstairs House this fee could be more based on number of people.
Damage Deposit:
* While we do not carry a damage deposit we expect that our tenants follow all the established house rules and any damages caused by the tenant shall be the responsibility of the tenant to take care of.
