Check in after 4 pm and before 7 pm on the day of arrival.
Checkout is before 10 am on the day of departure.
Coordinate with the House Keeper for entry and exit.
Cleaning Fee is now $50.00 to all guest.
Key Deposit of $50 is payable in Cash and is refundable upon key return as long as the premises are found like they were provided.
Any Damage will be the responsibility of the Tenant.
LOST and FOUND
If you feel you lost something on the premises fill out our form and we will let you know if the item is found.

Cancellation Policy
We will honor cancellations requested 90 days prior to the arrival date in full.
Requests received with less than 90 days carry a 10% fee.
Requests received with less than 30 days will only be refunded if the space is rented to someone else less the 10% Fee.
If an emergency occurs and you are not able to complete your vacation we will provide an alternate space for a period of 1 year from the date of the occurrence at no additional charge.
